"You MEANER!"

When my five year old gets mad she begins with a string of insults starting with "You MEANER. You're ugly. I hate you." She finishes this off with a sound foot stomp and sticks out her tongue to emphasize her point.

Her visceral and vitriolic expression of her anger makes me think of current liberal political pundits, liberal commentators, liberal TV talk show hosts and and famous women who are making their feelings known in this current election season. Especially when they are discussing Governor Sarah Palin. According to them, she is just 'not woman enough, not the right woman, and just 'mean' for legally hunting wildlife in her state.

Joy Behar of THE VIEW recently stated that Governor Palin was 'just mean' because she hunts animals.

After Governor Palin's convention speech numerous guests on various talk shows stated they believed Governor Palin's speech was 'just mean and spiteful' as she pointed out clear discrepancies in Obama's lack of experience and the Democratic Party's slams at her for HER supposed lack of experience.

Michelle Obama wrote her master's thesis on how 'mean' white people were because people tended to hang out with those they were comfortable with and she didn't believe she would ever be fully integrated into white society. How mean we are that she now makes over $300,000 a year in a high level corporate job and her husband is running for the highest office in the land. Yeah, white american's are 'meaners'.

I guess "mean" is all relative in this election as Barack Obama insinuates that Governor Sarah Palin is just a 'pig in lipstick' as he disparages her for being 'just a mayor' while she is a current GOVERNOR.

South Carolina Democratic chairwoman Carol Fowler sharply attacked Sarah Palin today, saying John McCain had chosen a running mate "whose primary qualification seems to be that she hasn’t had an abortion.”

Matt Damon, actor, whose opinion, of course, is always so important and necessary (*snort* pig like) says that Governor Palin's nomination is "like a bad Disney movie." Please keep in mind that in 'good' Disney movies a parent inevitably always dies or is 'evil' in some way which makes me wonder if I would really LIKE a bad Disney movie (does that mean that there are actually 2 intact parents in the home raising their child to achieve all of their dreams? hm...)

Today there are 30 lawyers and investigators in Alaska to find out all the 'mean' dirt they can on Governor Palin courtesy of the Barack Obama campaign for Change and Hope.

I guess he believes we just have to be MEAN to make change and to give us hope.
